Any time that some one i love has passed away, i have written them a letter. Make sure you express everything you're grateful for and all the amazing times that you had together. The fifth thing that you can do is remind yourself that you can take all the time that you need. There is no formula for grief. It's not two months, two years, two weeks, two days. It's whatever feels true for you. Fill yourself up with things that make you happy, that light you up and that inspire you.
