Does This Violate the Establishment Clause?
CNN's John Sutter takes a look at the opening of this week's Supreme Court hearing. The judge announced that he was going to have a prayer, and anyone could leave if they didn't like it. Judge Maxide then began saying prayers from across the religious spectrum. But no other religions are represented in the people who get to give the courtroom prayers; only chaplaincy program has them.
