The reason pelleloo elicits the kind of admir tion and horror that it does is because that's not what happens. These men have to see things like this, or experience it, and then keep going. And as i said, i'm not a glory a person. I don't think shooting and killing other peopleis glorious. But there is something heroic about being able to keep going when assaulted by these sorts of sights, sounds and dumb and and possible damage to yourself.
