As long as there's tons of communication, like everybody can still stay friends and also stay business partners ad also stay co workers. I think you can really only sustain a deep, meaningful relationship with so many colleagues. As an organization scales, your responsibility is to cultivate five, and then they all got their five. The final thing i'll say about this is, like openness of communication.
