The Importance of Repentance
Do you think there's something insincere about everything almost that you're retreating to religion as opposed to finding it? I mean augustin's confessions all about his retreating from the lower turbulences of his self where the Quran says flee to god and we run back to god. The alternative is the kind of flaming desert of our own stupid misunderstandings so yeah when people uh end up with religion because they find the outside world too much sometimes that can be psychological but very often that is the basis for a real repentance. We shouldn't underestimate people if for instance they've been to drugs or something or or they're in prison and they find gods not necessarily a bad path back to god
