Is Female Hierarchy a More Nurturing Kind of Leadership?

An alpha female needs to be as effective. She will punish females who don't obey her role. That is the temperature of that alpha different than that of a male. So in all the animal kingdom, we have female hierarchies. The word packing order comes from hands, not from roosters.
