The Risks to Artists
The fair use for generative AI is currently being litigated. There's like there are several cases against mid-journey and stability AI that where artists are suing them for copyright violation. The reduction of something in the style of someone is explicitly not governed by copyright, so you cannot copyright style. And I think they'll likely lose trying to try to apply these laws to models or generative models.
