That's something again that we i think we are slowly beginning to change and i think the more of us start moaning and keeping banging on about it the better it will be. Adam, thank you for bringing a bit of lightheartedness to an otherwise fairly dry topic. You can't go wrong getting strong uh and maybe you know you're old your eyes and maybe yeah it's tough being a calf isn't yours. And dumbbells are sexy right? No kettlebells are sexier than dumbbells gotta speak to Neil about that haven't you!
