The Importance of Regenerative Agriculture

Chickens are really great at fertilizing and spreading fertilizer. Their poop is super nitrogen rich, which enriches the soil. They will go and spread around the poop of cows looking for things. So it allows more of it to decompose into the earth. Grass fed grass finished beef has a lower saturated fat and cholesterol content than conventionally grain fed beef. It is high in phytochemicals because they're eating more plant matter.
