The stereotype is that the Germans don't have a sense of humor, right? But is it true? It's not every country has got a good sense of humor. What the big differences with German life and UK life,. I can't really speak to anywhere else because I haven't lived there... The idea of spontaneity is humor. In the UK, humor is a permanent social lubricant to any interaction. Whereas if you do that in Germany, people will just develop headaches.
