When his daughter was five months old she could still drag Adam around the house helpless in her grip. And now she's two, and he has been trying to buff up to cope with her strength. He is doing exercises for physical therapy that are called kettlebell exercises. They look like something that you shouldn't pick up if it's going to be heavy. But they come from I have heard from the dark days of Soviet repression in Russia. Apparently they invented them to make people feel worse.
