The Importance of Quality in Podcasting

The biggest difference I would say between podcasting and YouTube from a audience perspective is the public view count. Audiences make decisions on if you are a quality creator, based on that. The market kind of can look at you at a glance on YouTube and make that snap decision. It's very different in private environments. And I for one love being in on a playing field where because that is not openly transparent on a given platform, the advertisers pay less attention to it.
