I think flexibility really and a willingness to recognize that sort of the terrain underneath you's always going to be changing. I think if you're too rigid in any kind of direction, the whole thing is going to fall apart. What book would you recommend to our audience and why? Muting slack channels to me is an extremely valuable thing that I strongly encourage anybody to do. It's the only way to actually get any sort of focus and pay attention to things you need to pay attention to instead of just reading the noise of everything happening at the company all the time.
