Housing has never been more expensive in the United States except for maybe the last like two weeks. I think people don't want to live in dorms when they're 40 years old. Maybe some people do, but not everybody. And that's a more interesting area. Oh, they're living to me is where I would be investing with Disney on their things. It's so it's way too artisanal. Like it's wayToo distributed way too involved is nothing.I want a brand I can trust essentially.
