Choosing the Right Hedging Ratio

Hedging consists of an attempt to se some potential gain in exchange for a greater reduction in potential loss. There's no sure way to choose the right hedge ratio time risk. The two sides of the position may work as you expect, but not when you expect. If conditions or goals change, you might want to adjust or remove your hedge.
