When you think of things like ice cream or pizza, they're actually way higher. In fat, then calories and they are carb calories. And anytime you have a bunch of fat and carbs together, it's like a smorgashe board for your taste buds because it's just pure energy and your body loves it. If you take some dextrose, you're not going to have some massive sugar dump crash where you feel like shit afterwards,. Because you just got done doing in your bodies, either your body's eating that stuff up.
