The Keeling Curve, Is It Still Possible?

Last week you published a study into what a limiting global temperature rise to one point five grees would mean. And there's been this famous graft called the keeling curve, which has been marking measurements of the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere for around six decades now. So your report last week looked how we can bend that curve down. Is it still possible? Richard, it is physically poss so what we mean is from the perspective of the earth system and all these feebacks I talked about earlier.
