The Importance of Calling

If God is calling us, then why do we have such a question about our calling? How do we get there? A lot of it, frankly, is the fall. I mean, is this a thought experiment? Just imagine the fall had not happened. And so we start doing what God told us to do,. which was to be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth and rule over it.
