Mental illness tends to be the line that we draw is not cultural. It's not about whether you do arrange marriage or don't do arrange mariage. The criteria for mental illness tend to be impairment of function. So there may be cultural manifestations of mental illness, and that's how culture sort of shapes mental illness. But that the mental illness process seems to be somewhat culturally independent.
