Hiring is very hard, right? When interviewing someone for a potential role, you've got the hiring manager. Some one else on the interview panel has to champion the hire. It's been my experience that 75 plus % of messed up hires that we have made in our experience has come when we felt rushed and had to settle. And then if they work, that's where the gold is.

Individual creators now have the tools and distribution to earn a massive audience. But it isn’t easy. It’s a physical grind that can take years to pay off.
