Engaging With Non-Compliance Frontline Employees

80% of the workforce are non-discompliance frontline employees. It's way harder to get into those conversations on a daily basis regular basis. So being able to communicate to engage with them can help you do that. I think it's more than social media because it's a work tool eventually, right? If they were in the office, I would tell you do one-on-ones, send them the right emails and select them where you can recognize them,. But you don't have those tools in this environment. And then you need to find an alternative.
