The Marxist Theory of Justice Is a Critical Critique of Justice
Even candy on the 19th page of how to be an anti racist, very famously said that the only remedy to pass discrimination is present discrimination. And he's saying that justice is not possible without re understanding justice, reframing justice in terms of power dynamics. So what we have to do is find ways to intentionally identify those in tilt the law so no longer impartial but explicitly partial to correct for those wrongs that are built into the system. By virtue of not being fully realized communism is in just a particular toward dialectical leftists who are using this as a power grab.
