The Evolution of JavaScript

There were a number of languages that everybody wanted to see. Most people wanted to see Python, but I knew Ruby better. IO was an on anybody's list, but I needed to fill the prototype slot. Lua would have been a really good fit for that kind of discussion. And then you kind of layer that over the story that you want to tell.
