Is Breast Feeding a Good Idea for Pregnancy?

We had far fewer mensral cycles back in the olden days, because women were breast feed for much longer. Now we have about 400, an 20, 430 menstral cycles. We're just not evolved to be able to cope with these constant, wild fluctuations of estrogen and progestoroneas we're not supposed to be doing that.
