In 1991, you went across the country to Cornell University to start a PhD in geophysics and stratigraphy. A branch of geology involved with the Earth's geological strata. You spent six years for your PhD. Your major advisors were Terry Jordan and Donald Turkkaw; both had a very strong influence on my science.
