The Philosophy of Strength Training
"I want to ask you this. What's your philosophy? What do you truly believe to be true?" "Your philosophy shouldn't change all that much, but how you go about it, some of the Xs and Os and technical stuff, that's probably going to change," he says. "Think about principles versus specifics because the specifics can and will change as you evolve as a coach."
If you’re serious about becoming a better trainer or coach, at some point you need to ask yourself some big questions.

While these questions may sound simple at first glance, they’re definitely not easy.
So in today’s episode, I’m going to take you step-by-step through these questions and help you figure out what’s most important TO YOU as a trainer or coach.
