Is There a Resurrection of the Body?

There's a teaching that great saints like Mary and Elijah went with their body writing to heaven. So are they currently sitting in the physical heaven all by themselves? One of my theories is that heaven is somehow outside the space time continuum. That might be some type of wibbly wobbly time kind of thing.
