How to Make Money Long Term
The way that I make money long term is by generating great returns on the capital we put to work. We share 80, 20, 80% of the investor, 20% to us as the fund managers. But before that, I still have to get that 8% preferred return in my example. And I think, and I always talk about old farmer mentality. My parents suffered from it. Well, give that guy, he's going to make money off this. Like I'd rather him make a huge return than 100% of no return. So I'm all for that.
