How Randomizing Glasses Can Improve Learning Algorithms
The visual system makes the assumption that it's not random. The ganglion cells is making averages over a small region of the visual field. And so if the pixels that are that should be next to each other are not, then I think you'd end up with nothing. You know, well, even you should do the experiment, put on randomizing glasses and see how long it takes.
