A, the War Is Going So Badly for Russia

The entire cachet of russia in international relations, its ability to get its way has been built up over the last 15 years. The war is going so badly for them because it was just very divorced from that and really diminishes their sense of competence. No matter how this works out, from here on out,  russia's going to be a now widely seen as very much a second rate power with nuclear weapons.
