When those wisdom teeth want to come out lingually, you have to be really careful, especially in those cases with the tissue that looks like that. And then also other things, maybe just to bring up since we're talking about it would be if you're looking at the tone beam, for example, the lack of lingual cortex integrity or chronic pericornitis as well.
