Research by katy mukman, she looked at if people are more likely to start a habit on a fresh start date. She found people were, peopleare more likely to kickstart a habit on these dates. So i wanted to test this, so i er ipy er recruited, i think it was a hundred people through google surveys. And i sent 50 a a question, which said, would you listen to my podcast withn the next few days? And nine point one % of them said yes. It really said why i should start to change my messaging. I should tell people in my emales to listen to the podcast next monday. We'll see what happens
