The Police, I Don't Think They're Purposely Hands-on With the Police.

I just saw a video the other day of a guy in a wheelchair going like, I don't know, like one mile an hour. He was wheeling into a store after a guest store employees at another store said that he had shoplifted something. And so the cop just comes up and then just unloads like eight rounds and the guy's back. That wasn't even the one with the guy who was in the wheelchair with the knife from like a few weeks ago or like a month and a half ago. This is just a shop. No, no, no, I think that they thought that he had a knife, but he didn't. He just he was just sitting
