What Are the Contrast Showers?

Hot and cold showers are an easy way to activate some of these mechanisms thato you've been talking about so far. These are known as contrast showers, the contrast being the hot and the cold. And it's five minutes hot, and then one minute cold, and then three minutes hot and then oneminute cold,. Then three minutes hot,  and then again one minutecold, and then you're done. So if you add all that up, it's about 19 minutes or so. But this is more of a tonic. This is something to keep your immune system up and running and making sure that it's it surveying.
