Leaders have to be very audience centric in the way they deliver a communication. We could get something wrong, thinking that they're bored with us, and they're actually so intent on it. So there's kind of something different in the delivery than in the design. But we have to be thoughtful about the audience throughout. Just don't over correct or over respond on something we're making up we're speaking.
