Is It a Transverse Process or a Medial Process?

I like to replicate what I think is the original described technique and not necessarily add in that many variations apart from that little hybrid technique. But, but maybe we're obsessing about things that we don't need to. And I'm imagining like being a bit like the operation game. So soon as someone drifts out of that box, it's a great idea.
