A friend of mine asked me about a pretty well known online influencer who shares widespread information about how to minimize blood sugar spikes. She said that this influence has these very nice graphs that make it seem that any postprandial increase in blood glucose levels of about 30 milligrams per deciliter so that's equivalent to 1.7 millimoles per liter is concerning.
