The Importance of a Second Order Growth Model
This thing that is called a second order growth model or a curve of factors model. I like the idea behind it because it has the ability to potentially help you diagnose what's going wrong. It can potentially help you figure out which items are not behaving consistently, not invariant over time. So we can't really know which at minimum one is our Audi A9 that is going to be that anchor item.
