Do You Have a Safe to Fail Experiment?
There are ways in which you can control that and reduce the fear that things happen but you can't really eliminate the advantage of doing this especially if you ask a volunteer to join experiment all the time based on their interest. Everybody will be implicitly trained in reacting quicker to changes and adopted quicker to things that are unexpected so then when they really happen to the organization as a whole, everybody has this mindset instead of desperate desperately dropping the ball or running around like Atlas chicken people will go wait a minute what can we do?
