Coaching for Kids

Roberto: What kind of coaching would you get to a young person who's just entering into the business? Roberto: Coaching for executives is much more easy than coaching your own kids. One of my kids actually became a chemical engineer. They're happy each one in a different way, but that's pretty much what I did. It's not so easy with kids.
