The Importance of Carbohydrates in Weight Loss

You can absolutely survive on a zero carb diet. And there are some, some cases where that might even be fine or very low carb diet. The reason for that is because our body can produce ketones from the protein and carbohydrates we eat,. still fuel all our tissues efficiently. We have to maintain blood glucose levels at a certain level or we'll die. Our bodies are incredibly efficient and very metabolically flexible. But typically it has to do with your quote unquote metabolic health.
