The Disadvantages of Governance in the Arts
The director of BAC says the arts are facing a 'perfect storm' with funding cuts and new leaders coming in. She adds that they're not being given space to grow in their roles, as there isn't support around them to let them grow. "I feel really blessed in the way of a fantastic board of BAC," she added.
