You don't have to criticise. You can just laugh and be like, oket, youregoing. You try music now. But if they're like, hay, i'm woing to quit my job and become an artist - what do yu think of this? Laugh in their face. It is different being like a ba. If it was like a boss, you'd have a different responsibility. I think every people are different, i would say, for managing people.
