How to Activate a Decision Making System for Companies
The building block is usually a problem statement or an initiative. And around that, of course, there can be a lot of different actions that you'd want to take. How do you know when you've asked enough questions and it's time to actually go build stuff? Well, I think you do want feedback loops. Now this also then maybe gets us into a little bit of the future AI components here because I do imagine that as more initiatives go through something like this sort of methodology you begin to build up a real, you know, data lake here.
