David Gergen: Why is it that Biden seems to be so hesitant about giving his full confidence to the secret service? And what do you make of it? This was really stunning to me, David, when I learned it and I still find it kind of hard to believe. We all think of the secret service as people who checked their politics at the door before they protect the President. Joe Biden discovered early on after becoming President that a number of the agents in his detail were MAGA sympathizers.
