Katana: A Deep Blower Character in the Game

Katana is a really deep blower character she's invested in a lot of stuff. She has one move where she spins her fans around and she lifts you up the ground. If you do that move at the wrong time or to the wrong character, it can outright freeze the game. There's a huge story reason as to why she looks like katana but she's not actually a twin.
