When You Are Trigger, Think About That Thing
A trigger is a habit that you have formed as a response to a pain, ouch, that hurt me. We all are going to deal with pain. Therefore it behooves us to know where to place our pain. Instead of giving the pain to god, i've allowed the pain to become my god. And so when i experience pain, what i do is i have a set of responses that i have in my chest, in my archive. The dnt wont tey. Don't want they want to talk to you. A trigger, somebody say, i'm triggered. I’ve come here to day to simply communicate that you need a better pain plan.
