How Did 2017 Lead to a Breakdown?
"I struggled with my mental health at different periods of my life, but I'd never labeled it appropriately," he says. "Mental health isn't like a magical thing that just happens out of nowhere, it happens because of things that are happening around you." He calls 2017 the worst year of his life and wants to help people deal with what they've gone through.
