Cold Water Swimming
Cold water swimmers have adapted their organs to be fattier ande more resilient. People with body fat percentages below 12 just tit's a straight line from their star temperature 37 and a half after an hour, they don't drop at all. With lewis pew, when the planning was going on for the south and north pole swims, if he was doing other exercise, cycling and running, he was not able to swim effectively in rarely cold water. So he had to adjust all his other activities and change his diet specifically so that he could get one or % more very fet in time for the cold water swimming.
