There's a there's huge rooms for improvement when it comes to agricultural modernization. 30 to 40% of all water is lost, fresh water is lost in municipal systems to leaks. It's very likely you could follow no land and grow the same amount of food using less water just by investing some of those resources in modernization. So I don't think there's one right answer. It's probably a portfolio of bets."
